AEI Conseil inc. was officially founded in September 1992. Following a traffic management project for the Quebec bridge, the company oriented its resources towards engineering services specialized in automation, instrumentation, control and electricity applications.

In 1996, an electronics product and development division was added to the company. This division's main objective is to develop control cards and peripherals adapted to domains such as:

• Mobile vehicles

• Machinery

• Industrial equipments

This division also develops the software required to calibrate and set the hardware components in a simple and graphic interface.
